CRASH!

Everything was working fine before the recent update now I cant play. I recently bought eVGA Nvidia FX 5500 to upgrade from SiS 650 because of that runtime error. Now everything is updated and all but heres my problem: after selecting my character them it loads right? after loading I only see the environtment then poof! it closes without any error messages. I havnt played for a month because of that dumb update. I need help. I also tried reinstalling the game but it still the same.

Have you tried logging in with other chars?

yes I have 2 account one for me and the other is for my brother. Why do they have to fix something that is not broken?

Use bug report, reinstall, try it on another computer...Not sure on this one.

done all of it. It worked once but in 800x600 which is the smallest resolution. I changed the resolution higher than 800x600 and it starts to crash again.This time it gives me an actual error which says that it cant change resolution.It was working with my 32mb SiS until they updated the darn game. I wonder why they had to fix things that arent broken.

finally got it working I just asked my friend to move my character away from hell city. I can finally play again!
