Installer Issues

I downloaded the installer and now when I try to install the game nothing hapens. I can not even click the install or cancel buttons. Some help would sincerely be appreciated.

maybe you should try to redownload the installer

Ok, I tried to redownload the installer and still doesn't work. Any more tips?

Ya if you've got an AntiVirus system. Cut off your internet connection, and turn off AntiVirus and any FireWall. Then try installing it, once ya done turn everything back on. Or do it the simple way. If it says awaiting a scan for SilkRoad Set-up Client Version. Click 'Stop Scan'. That makes it much easier for the game to install
