cannot coneect to gameguard update server

Whenever I turn on SRO... I get to the gameguard part... and I cant conect to the gameguard update server...something to do with FireWall, so I turned it off, and I still cant get on, andbody know how to fix this?

when i start the game it does nothing i get only the error msg that they are updating or inspection and thats is it . but i think what the problem finally is its not from our side but from joymax and sro.
but i even cant get on http://www.silkroadonline.net

and i hope they ever take in mind to set up a technical team that will help out players and costumers,because you really cant make this if you want to be seen as a proffesional online gaming provider

its same with me man .. my friend had that issue and he had to wait 3 days to get on the game. i donno if they bloked our ip or its just something going on with the servers.
