cant log on to the forums

ok this is kinda 2 reports in one...

first problem is that when i go to the silkroad online website and i try to log in, i cant. it doesnt say my pw or user is wrong, i just never get logged in. it will act like it logged me in but im not logged in . i need to get on inorder to report this next problem....

ive noticed that regardless of what star trade run you are doing, it always says 1 star. whether you are loaded up on a ton of vases or you have 1 piece of white silk, you are always doing a "1 star" trade run. this is a big problem because some people think that they are doing a 1 star trade run and that they are safe when really it is a 5 star trade run.

so if someone could either tell me how to possibly log on or just report that trade star problem for me...that would be fantastic!
