error on changing password on sro website.

I had problem changing my password.. because whenever i key in my answer for the secret question.. it promt mi.. "Your answer can be made by english letter and number" my answer is with a spacebar between word so i cant actuclly enter my answer.. can anyone solve this? thank a million.

The password system is f***ed..

I tried changing my password the other day and i don't have any spaces or special characters, just numbers and letters but it said that my Q and A was wrong, though i know it isnt.

I sent a bug report but havn't heard from them yet.. Doubt i will.
