Lameguard is aweful

It does ALOT more harm than it ever did any good

lets just say having a million vulnerabilities on your comp and certain functions disabled is actually worth keeping the game fair and hackfree

It doesnt even do that!
botters run free on SRO and about 3 are banned every week when 3000 are botting

so who exactly lameguard is blocking? well so far only us the honest users.

I used another client to start SRO (zoomhack actually, no kids its not a bot just a program for multiclient that bypasses lameguard)
and found out about incredible things

I used to log on sro with a faster isp account that stopped working cause lameguard says it cant connect, with zoomhack it worked perfectly!

Then i used my current isp account with zoomhack and surprise it worked perfectly too!

so why not use zoomhack all the time you're thinking? sadly the connection with zoomhack cant last for more than 15 minutes at a time cause its a bit outdated.

So anyways my problem(s) is this:

1. Lameguard is blocking one of my isps for no reason
2. Lameguard recently started blocking my other isp this started happening after a dc and trying to log on again, no firewall settings were changed or nothing at all for that matter(error 320)

I do wish sro and lameguard will part

I totally agree with you. Gameguard (Lameguard) is just crap. There are 20 from 3000 botters that got d/c by gameguard, because he recognized them botting. After they saw that, they went on one of the SRO hack forums and got the new version so gameguard isn't blocking anything.

Some months ago, Gameguard was off for a few days. The game was extreme good. There was no lag, at least i had none even if a day ago i could hardly move. Gameguard just makes this game worse. They will find a better program for antibotting or shut down gameguard. Thats the only way this game can get better. No new server will make it better.
