game won't start after format

i formated computer, reinstalled windows and all.. then i installed drivers from http://www.silkroadonline.net for mother board and graphic card, installed sro, updatead it with patch and when i try to start the game, this error pop up:

what should i do now?

Uninstall sro
Reinstall sro

Did you completely wipe your hdd? Or just re-install windows overtop the other one?

i had this problem when i first installed sro, went of played WoW for a bit then tryed again and it worked, maybe it just got jelous that i was playing another MMORPG lol.

Do not think you formatted the drive.

Where has the icons gone? Like on trashcan etc.
Format c: and install clean with the newest drivers on everything.
And i mean everything. Like chipset, sound and video.

Looks like you have a bad windows installation
