Monitor fades to black/crashes while playing with ATI card

My monitor just fades to black/crashes when i step outside the city areas...
Using ATI 9800 Radeon
It happens really often i just can't play anymore, tried everything...new drivers, low quality graphics and still i end up with crashing randomly...
(Only happens while playing Silkroad Online)
Any suggestions?
