Game crashes...+ GG error 114

First i log in game... im at town and everything is OK, when i get out side town game just crashes in 4-5 min. And just goes to desktop, and no errors.
When i try to go back to game it gives me GameGuard error 114...
i have basic windows xp firewall + norton anti virus.
