Joymax Support reply for my missing items

So i login to my account after i have stoped playing for about a year to find out that all my items have been missing , my bank my bag all clear because of server mix i said it's okay im gone call joymax support and they gone help me out and maybe even give me a bonus for the mistake they did during server merge after i send them a ticket then they send me back en email asking for my character name and proof like a screenshot that i have these items and im not lieing , thank god i did have a screenshot with most of my items i send them back all the Information required to wait 3 days later and get an answer that they won't do a shit for me if i got hacked or scammed and my items got Stolen but that never happend i didn't get hacked or scammed i have safe email only for silkroad that i never use it for any other web sites with strong password for both email and the account plus a Secondary password , so im sure that the items missing during server merge and it's totally joymax fault and you can see in the Image im gone attach the support reply .
