Silk Road: Application Error

When I installed game, and patch. I started game and got this error window message :
Silk Road Online Launcher: Application Error
The Instruction at "0x00441f2c" referenced memory at "0x0000000c".The memory could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program.

So I cant start the game, pls help :cry:

Try re-installing.

I dont get it i try re-installing but it didnt work it kept giving me the same error.......... :cry:

I need to know what your computer specifications are. I'm sure most people playing this game has met at least the minimal requirements. So before you think what I'm asking is redundant, please check this...

RAM:
Windows Version: 2000/ME/XP (any service packs?)
