Inventory Expansion 3 Glitch?

Hello , i am level 120 and just noticed that i have never done inventory expansion 3 so i went to take the quest and the guy asked me for 30 white spider webs and 2x general's tokens , so i collected all the webs but all the mobs which supposed to drop general's token arent dropping anything coz am high lvl i think so i dunno what do

Add someone to your party who is around the same level as the mob that drops the tokens and make sure you have item share on.

thx for the reply but it doesnt work at all , i got 2 of low chatacters in the party now tracing me adn still on webs drops
