When I open my SRO I get my little status bars in the top left hand corner, but I get a blue circle instead of a little pic of my character. Also when I participate in a party I get black circles instead of pics of my friends' characters. It wasn'[t until I saw screenshots that I realized there was an issue.

What do I do?
