MOTP Cancel Service Bug

Guys, I need some help as soon as possible.. I lost my phone in water, after using the "MOTP" security service. I tried to log into joymax, and Cancel the MOPT Service by "User Verification" and it takes me straight back to log in page... Anyone else have this problem? I can't log in and i have premium plus running. Please respond!
