I have been unable to log in to the website to download the client for the game, and auto-patch doesn't work either. Tried 4 different browsers, cleared all history/cache/cookies etc and none of them worked. I asked a friend to try and he gets the same problem.

Could anyone provide alternate download links for the latest game client for Silkroad-R?

That is not possible, as Mediafire only allows files up to 200mb as a free user. Rapidshare is the only site I know off, where there is no limit on size as a free member.

Hmm, could you upload the manual patch on mediafire then? I have an older client that I could use.

Welcome, it depends on what version you're running. If it's too old, you might actually need the entire game.

But what is the problem wit rapidshare?

It gives me the error "Download parameters invalid - please try again later.". Been trying multiple times and its still the same thing. The only file hosting site that doesn't give me problems is mediafire.

The version I have right now is v1.026, so the manual patches should work.

1- Try a different browser (Firefox is the best in downloading imo)
2- Try a download manager, there are many but i tried Speedbit and it is working well.

These may solve your problem ^^

Thing is, rapidshare doesn't even let me download it - that's the error on the website rather than while trying to download.

That is why i am telling you to use a download manager, my download manager window pop up when i press on that link.

I tried both DAP and Free Download Manager, and both gets the download stuck at 228 bytes.

The manual patch is sufficient I believe/hope. =/

Bump, still looking for alternative links, preferbly mediafire/torrent...

Could someone please provide alternative download link for the basic Silkroad, I can't download it from the joymax-page :/

I already have some problem in downloading but I now I will try with this link which you have mentioned here as an alternative for online Silkroad downloading.
