after the last patch when i click start game the hacksheild loads then disappear and nothing happen

the game don't load

why is that??

There can be multiple reasons. Try closing everything else on your pc and start the game again. I've got the same problem if I want to stall in Silkroad while playing BF3, the game will crash due to the hackshield.

thanks for your reply i've reinstalled the windows and the game
but now another problem
after i type my username and pass nothing happen
i don't dc and i don't login and nothing showing or happen for ages

That sounds really weird. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what will help you.

This is a wild guess, but are you sure it isn't a firewall blocking Silkroad in some way?

Yeah, you know, something that blocks incoming/outgoing connections? In other words, check your Anti-virus software. Maybe try disabling it just to see if that's the problem (remember to enable it again).

no i meant that the problem was the firewall thanks man
