Password Problems, HELP!!

Ok so after reading all the problems with account vunerability recently, I decided to change my password, and so I did. When it came to relogging in the game my new password wasnt working, neither was my old one, now I'm stuck and cant log in!! :banghead: :banghead:

I submitted a 'bug report' to joymax, but I dont know if that was the right way to contact them.

if somebody could help me itd make my day, I want Sro back!!

Don't worry. It may take some time for the servers to change your password . Just wait a while and see.

hmm, its been overnight already :-\ and ive tried changing it again and waiting a few hours but still the same :(

if you tried to change it to over 12 lengths then it only changed it to 12, as in
12345678912345
14 lengths, correct?
well if you try to change it to that it would turn out
123456789123
since the cap on passwords is 12..

Re-change the password to the old one
Or
If the new password is longer than 12 digits/letters, try entering only the 12 firsts
