SRO chatting problem - anyone seen this?

Hi everyone, my friend apparently has a chat problem in game and has asked me to post his message here so if you could help out that would be great and would probably help other with the same problem..

So the problem I am having is about using the normal chat in game, when I try to write stuff to the guild, union or what ever else - this happens:

My cursor disappears. You know like when you press enter to be able to chat? When I do it, it works normally and I start writing stuff down there but suddenly...,it just disappears and I have to press enter again to be able to continue, sometimes the text is gone too

Man it's really frustrating and if you could post this somewhere I'd be really grateful!

Yeah.. So I hope you guys understand whats happening and can help out.
