'bug' inspection error

Hi thar,

ever since joymax announced that extra inspection notice (5min before end of BA) a few days ago I can not get the actually silkroad to play. Whenenver I launch sro I keep getting the message 'the server is under inspection, visit.. blabla'
Now I alrdy restarted my internet a couple of times, even reinstalled silkroadonline, but i still cannot get it to work.

If anyone has an idea of wat might can cause this kind of unfortunate unwanted problem be so kind and share it with me.
