Can't install silkroad, help?

I run into this problem everytime I try to install the latest client for silkroad online. this picture I attach is the message that comes up. It seems like it will download for 10 seconds, then stop with this message.

Did you try restarting your pc ?

Well not sure about why it doesn't work but you can always get the game from a friend (if you have any that play sro) .

Thats linux or mac? I think silkroad is only for windows ^^
