Actually after the huge server maintenance by joymax a couple day ago there has been plenty of problem. Whether logging in game (servers being unstable) and loading and installing the games. I would try and re download the installer

the only thing i can help u with, for now...

Redownload or turn off your firewall from right before you double click the installer to right after it comes up with the install window.
