My girlfriend just got back on after a week or so, and instead of updating for the new content in the initial SRO start screen, it said that she needed to go to the website to download a patch. Every time she's downloaded the patch, however, the installation goes to 100%, then just freezes, and it doesn't take effect. She even tried redownloading the full client and installing it again, but the same error occurred. She's now gonna try uninstalling everything first, then completely reinstalling the full version from the website, but just in case, does anybody else have any suggestions?

Download the update patch and put it in the game file , tell her to have some patience when it is 100% done and it may work .

I have the same problem. Tried re-downloading the client, the patch, etc. Nothing worked.

Oh well.
