Windows 7 - "inspection" message pops up before launcher.

Hey im using:
- Windows 7 pro 32bit
- 2g RAM
- Dual-core Processor
....

Instaling went fine, just when launch it takes about 3 minutes for the "undergoing server inspection" message to pop up before the sro launcher. Help please x(

I had a similar problem once.. but I'm not a genius in the field, but I'd suggest you go to End Processes tab and close some background programs that are running which you dont necessarily need.. you know?
