What on earth is this error and how do I sort it?

Hey everyone,

First things first, the file I am talking about is in the attachments.

I have redownloaded 4 times, reinstalled 5 times and now it's doing my head in. What is this error? How do I fix it?

I can't find anything about it online so maybe you can help.

Is it isro or csro or what?

Anywayz, never had this error. Try to run it as administrator, turn of your firewall, etc...

If it's csro the problem might be your media file.

iSro, I use windows XP so I can't run it as administrator, I've tried turning off my firewall.

Actually yes you can. but does nothing because in xp most of the time you are already set up to do administrative tasks.
