SRO website wont load or Joymax

HI this problem just started the other day and the silkroad main website wont even load anymore (silkroadonline.net) or will joymax website (joymax.com). it starts to load and it just stops loadiong and stays on the same page i was just on. I tried it with my firewall turned off and still nothing! just after the new updat last tuesday (nov. 16) i wasnt able to get on the game. When i tried to start the game the game just says undergoing inspections or updates. So i deleted all of the files and whent to download it from gamershell.com like i did before when i did have it working before weekly updates and i downloaded it but when i go to install it, it says something like cannot open you need to install legend 5 battle and areana or something like that. soooo i tried restarting my computer and still nothing! so i deleted it again and went to go download it and not it'll download all the way and right at 100% it says cannot download. i know it has something to do with my internet but idk what! please someone help i have tried everything please write back asap!
