more problems

now i tried registering through websites which cover your I.P but there is another problem, when i click join now after filling all the details, it takes me back to the homepage straight away. the message about creating more than 5 accounts from 1 I.P doesnt appear again. I tried disabling fire wall but it doesnt work. I'll try doing it in another computer but im not confident it will work. any idea what i can do??
