Game Bug?

Sooooo, it goes like this..

When you take a quest..
The first quest mob you kill (or the first quest item you pick) AND the last mob (item) you kill (pick) will get you a disconnect...
I want to know why and how to fix this..
It really is annoying, and it's not just with me..
2 other friends have the same thing going on..
Help anyone?
