silkroad launcher isn't loading since last patching

hi,
my sro isn't loading at all (0%) ever since last patching 2 days ago...
it gives me this error message (pic attached)
i tried just about everything i know might solve this:
rebooting
disconecting the internet and turning it back on
reinstalling the sro client
excluding the sro-client on the windows DEP def. and my antivirus def. and my internet options def.....
but it still won't load. after a few minutes of nothing it shows the error message again...
would someone please know whats wrong?? it worked fine before... many patching went ok.. i don't get it....
