Windowing SRO

One of my friends had his game Windowed in a way where it still showed his taskbar, and SRO didn't have any part cut off. When I try to window SRO, it cuts off part of the window, unless I change the resolution.
I have a 1024 x 768 monitor, and when I play windowed games, the resolution of the game is 1024 x 738. Is there any way I can resize the window to a resolution not given in options?
