silkroad problem log in site !

i have this everytime if i logg in on the silkroad official site
i have no problem with logging in the game !!
i wanna buy silk .. but it's inpossible without logging in on the site !
i dindt play silkroad for 2 years .. i came back and i cant log in anymore on the site

cant somebody help me

i have the same problem, and i alredy bought a paysafe card and now i can not use it because of this, can some andmin or someone else please help me?

now there is another problem...i dont get the error anymore...but when i try to log in it automatycly throws me to joymax login site and if i try to log on there it throws me back on joymax login site... can anyone now maybe help me pls
