I am getting the C7 error

i was just in hotan doing some alchemy, all of my sudden my client crashed. Now when i try to get back on it says failed to connect to server C7 wtf is this?!?!?!?!? I have a prem btw

Yea same here idk what is it earthier some ppl say its the server
