Need help :(

Hello
i changed my laptop last week
and when am playing the game , the screen goes black for 5 sec or more
and the game close and i have to open it again
and i get " display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered "
other issue i got is sometimes while am playing i get blue screen got " Dumping files to physical memory " it goes so fast i can even take a picture of it -_-
i used to have this problem with my other laptop with the intel driver , ,then my friend got me a newer thing , i cant contact my friend now -.-
so hopefully someone can help me out in here
and here is my laptop info:
Windows 7 Ultimate
RAM 1GB
1.66GHz
32-Bit operating system
and here is my display driver info incase anyone want it
Mobile Intel 45 Express Chipest Family Microsoft corp. WDDM1.1
driver version 8.15.10.1749
