hey, i've been getting the same issue as a few other people the message:
In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of.
after attempting to create an account,i've tried the few ways around this (most coming from members of this forum

),but i've had no luck what so ever.
i've tried shutting off my firewall and anti virus,blocking my ip,i've changed my ip a few times,tried ie 7 beta 3 and allowing all cookies from silkroad.net,but still had no luck in registering (beginning to wonder whether it's a problem our end or with the silkroad.net website

)
can anyone shed some light on this issue at all?, i even found a rumour that they've ceased people allowing to register

,but can't be any truth to that at all...
(sorry about making yet another thread about this,but it seems that no real answer to this problem has been found yet)

If they had stopped letting people register they would post a message about it in the news section. Did you try the stickied list of proxy sites?

yes i did try them although only the top listed site works,as the other 2 require you to register/pay for the service(or aleast don't allow you to interact with the site).
but i still couldn't register and it came up with the same message of only 5 accounts per ip

I don't see why not get somebody on this forum you trust to make an account for you, I've done that for many people(none on SRO yet).

None of the sites require you to register or pay for basic anonymous surfing. I was able to get all the way to the last step of registration with each of them.

well appart from the first link in the thread when i came to clicking ok/send information,i was just linked back to the ip blocking site with terms and condtions,thus undo-ing all the info (user name,password,email etc etc.) that i just typed out,which was a bit annoying to say the least,but doesn't matter now as jackieshane linked me to a good ip site that worked for me, the ones posted in the sticky my work for others don't get me wrong,just didn't work for me
