Can't login from 2 PC from 1 IP

My friends have this problem, they have decided to play sro together from their PCs at home, but whenever 1 of them is online, the other one can't login. Me and my BF are playing the same way - from 2 PCs, we have 1 IP, samo provider and we have never experienced this problem. Any advice?
