ok, first, I couldn't download the game, I got through that, next, the game would close while updating, I fixed that too, third, I had the famous problem, "I can't make an account", I got through that to, now, when I log in, it says "user conformation failed, invalid ID or password" also, everything in my ID and password is lowercase and there are no numbers, I've had to make many accounts to try and fix this problem but they all lead to the same result. I tried to fix it, by god I honostly did, but it just won't work!





(If it's any help I have gotten the message that I have failed logging in 6 times and I wouldn't be able to log in)

Have you tested your user name and password by trying to log onto the silkroadonline homepage?

That's a problem too, i'm unable to post a bug report because I haven't made a charactor in-game, and yes, i'm able to log into the website.

Have you tried removing the programme off your pc, and then re-installing it?

I updated everything on the site.

Um i meen the uptating problem when u start up Sro it starts updating then closes, how do i fix this???

Delete everything containing silkroad, update everything the site will let you, drivers for example, then download it again.

Only thing i can think is to test it from a freinds PC, download the client onto someone elses computer, update and try logging in. if it lets you, it means theres something wrong with the pc rather than the ID. If it still doesnt let you log in then its gotta be something to do with the ID itself
