ive looked thru all your forums and found the same problem, wont create my account because i have reached a 5 account from the same ip?

I DONT THINK SO!

I TRIED REGISTERING ON 2 DIFFERENT COMPUTERS!!! I EVEN TRIED MY NEIGHBOURS FOR CHRISTS SAKE! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REGISTER PROPERLY?
