Latest client won't install in Wine

Hey,
For some reason I keep getting the "can be used after the Legend 4.5 update" message when trying to launch the installer.
I've tried the following:
- Wine 1.1.20, 1.1.28 and 1.1.29
- Added 121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com, 121.128.133.27 gwgt2.joymax.com and 121.128.133.13 silkroadonline.net to /etc/hosts
- Logged in on Joymax portal before installing
I got the installer from the official torrent.
That's on Xubuntu 9.04 32bits btw.
Any suggestion?
