this is weird

i have this portable hard drive that i use for school (and store all my games as that because my main hard drive is 40 gb) but now that i'm going to school again when ever i remove the portable hard drive it kills my internet...... it will not connect to my wireless network.... i don't quite see what the problem could be. i didn't install anything driver/windows related onto the portable hard drive so i have no idea
