SRO on vista home premium 64 bit "Install the full version"

I've downloaded SRO about twice now and i still have the same thing saying download the full version :!:

name of the file download:
SilkroadOnline_GlobalOfficial_v1_170

and the second one:
SilkroadOnline_GlobalOffi1

i also downloaded the p2p one but when i installed it and tried to run it it said that it can only be used after the new SRO update :banghead:

please help

You got owned... sorry vista? + 64-bit?

Best thing, get XP off a friend or someone else and install XP...

Most games aren't coded for 64-bit... sorry

dam... well i have another laptop with xp and i still have the xp cd for it would that work? and if it does do you know any good instructions on how to properly install it without screwing things up?

Well i think you can try to dual boot, if you want to try to partition your drives, have vista for school / work, and XP for games I guess...

lol idiots! I have vista 64 bit and have never had a problem with any game. The only program which wouldn't work was peer guardian. About your problem I have no idea, but its related to vista.

Sorry but something tells me that nots true, since mostly all the games unless the high rollers games, aren't coded for vista 64.... I doubt joymax would spend time coding silkroad with 64...

64 bit is backwards compatible for most things. I have no problem running sro or any other program with 64 bit vista . The only things I have ever had problems with are my old webcams drivers and peer guardian.

@ topic starter. Try disabling all your firewalls, make sure your video drivers are up to date, and make sure windows is up to date.

Hey you guys i was able to get it running finally, i reinstalled it and it finally works, and i made sure that my firewall allowed it and it works now, ty for all the help
