No start button?

Ok, so I've installed Silkroad online perfectly fine. Then when I opened the launcher for the first time, I was already searching for something like a start-button. After a little while I gave up and searched on google where it should be, obviously it wasn't the same as on my launcher.

Here's a picture:

a bit of information;

- My Firewall is off
- My virusscanner and security doesn't block it
- I've tried opening the main site and then opening the launcher
- I've got version 1.180
- My ping is around the 600 (so <800)
- I've got Adobe Flashplayer
- I've tried reïnstalling
- I've checked most of the answers given on this matter already on this forum, they didn't seem to help in any way though.

Same Actually Happened me, You haven't updated your current version, just restart launcher and wait for a while, then if that won't work, restart again, It should begin updating, then just wait until the update is finshed, launcher restarts itself and then start button should appear.

I'll give my specs then;

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 512MB RAM
Hard Drive: 160 GB Total
Video Card: RADEON 9600 SERIES
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234)

Yes, it's already about 5 years old.

Edit: @ Amarisa, it took me 3 hours to download it. I first want to see if there might be another way to solve this.

Ask a friend to install it on his pc and let it update there. With the fully working game on his pc, copy his whole silkroad folder to an USB stick / External Harddisk / any portable device, and transfer it to your computer. See if that helps.

Haha, well tomorrow I'm going to try Dark Ashelin's suggestion.
I didn't see any manual patches on the site, but maybe if you find them, could you send me the link?

I had this too last update. I just restarted the launcher about 50 times after each other. Waited like 10 sec every time I tried and then finally it started updating.
