My Sister's SRO crashes everytime she logs in, she is Using XP Home edition now, Sometimes it sends the message: "Do You want ot send error report" but sometimes nothing, she might even get buescreen sometimes, but restarting computer helps for that...What is Wrong, we have tried to reinstall SRO already.

EDIT: Ups, Wrong Section, Mods can move to Technical Help?

Check for updated video drivers for starters. Don't forget to reinstall the DirectX pieces.

Has it ever worked? If it worked before, what was added/changed on the computer? That may be a starting point.

If she gets a blue screen, write down the message you get - like "STOP 0x000000D" can sometimes be hardware-related. Then google it and it may help to point you to what's wrong.

Those two last post are OffTopic and you two don't know her.

OnTopic: check this page http://www.updatexp.com/stop-messages.html.
It shows many of the error related to blue screens.

And when SRO doesn't work on Guindous (xD Windows) I run it on Ubuntu with Wine (it's not a Windows emulator... it's more like a framework to run Windows apps).

Hope it helps.

What kind of video card is the computer running?
And do as one of the previous posters said update the drivers.
If the problem continues try to lower your graphics settings on the game the card/chipset might not be able to handle the game on high settings. If the computer is rebooting then going to a blue screen check the temp of the pc. It could be caused from over heating. Prop the side of the case off and install some fans to try cooling it. Or if you have a spare fan in your house set it beside ur pc. I had an old nvidia that would over heat and cause problems similar to that.
