Silkroad Online Forums

ok so my brother wants to play silkroad on his laptop he installed it and all and now when he starts silkroad.exe it becomes white and says it doesnt respond or in my language reageert niet. i have this more times with internet explorer or firefox or whatever but never with silkroad and he jsut cant start it becouse it always happens
please answer fast
