Problems buying Silk with a Visa or Mastercard CC...

Well, in the past I've tried making a Paypal account, but after I input all my info and hit "Go on" or something like that, the screen would sit there for all eternity.

Now, I've tried a Mastercard, and then a Visa Card (that is Verified by Visa).

Below is what the error page said for the Visa card:

Occuring error steps: occurence of settlement
Error Message: approval fail of credit card
Error code: 8373
Reason of Error: PLS Call Issuer

I've run a search, but none of the topics really met my query. I also figured that Technical help would be the logical place to put this, as I dont think there is anything wrong with my credit cards. Please move it if its in the wrong place, and a speedy response would be nice. Thanls :wink:

ure card has 2 be approved by visa. go 2 teh main visa site and look it up :roll:

Look at the 4th line in my topic.

So yeah, its approved, I input my password for the card and everything, but I have no idea what the "PLS Call Issuer" is.

EDIT: Fixed the problem, I just went to paypal option, and used my CC info there under their secure transaction.

then i triied with CC card, and those bastard of VISA dont know the name of my bank, so they cant approve it
