well, it's really odd because I can start up SRO, put my login information and press connect but I can never connect. At first I just thought it was the server traffic but, I tried later on the day, and Hercules was on check I awaited awhile then it was EASY, I tried loggin in but it just disconnected me and the once I logged in, it took me to the character select.. then disconnected me. :/ someone help please? dkgdgd

holy cow the same thing is happening with me!!! But I ALWAYS got disconnected when SRO requesting user information!!!

i think the problem is caused by the 3 sec, when the screen fade in... It must fade when u are logged in... but it don't-and disconnect. Maybe it's becuse i got a very weak videocard now, i don't hve an own computer now i use another, and i work 12+ hours per day... man when i got a little time, i just want to play a lil' silkroad... and i don't have much time because i need to care about my friends too!

reinstall sro it might be the "new" bot restriction thing going on. that or sro doesn't like you

i tried to reinstall too, nothing changed, still always DC at login...

anyone out there if u hve any idea what can cause this problem, please help!!!!

yes, even with different accounts, the problems still there ;/

i have tried 3 different accounts... nothing, still getting DC when requesting user information. I think, the requesting user information is long because that's when SRO used to let me in. But I get DC instead of see a black fade in and my chars.

Btw: when i enter my ID, i have to use small characters? If my id would be Marcello it's matter that I type in Marcello or marcello?

Cause the logged in name what i see at the Joymax site and my ID is different... Is it matter too?

So... it's for ex. if i login with Marcello ID... OK... but then i see in the Joymax page "hello MarcelloXXXX"??

Which one name I should use when i type in my ID in SRO login?

you type your id like how you signed up. so if you did AmAriSa then you have to do that exactly. at least from what i have experienced. i don't know exactly whats going on i guess you have to wait until an update or something.

My account was typed in correctly, as far as I know.

I've also tried ECSRO, with an MySRO account, there i've got DCs too...

I think I have to wait until Legend IV Update... Or even for eternity, if they don't change their new login system or fix the DC problem... Ok, now ppl don't have to spent time to type in image verification codes, but that was a hard work to type in some letter and number?!?!

I have to work 13 hours in every day that is hard it's not like sitting in a chair and typing image verification....

there is no more img verification anymore they have an auto login now.

this is a problem regarding silkroad install
so 2 days ago i download silkroad 1.180. current from the p2p, and when i try to install it says this version can be used after the legend 4 update??. anyone know what to do or when legend 4 update will be completed??

Try opening up the Silkroad online website then running it. If it doesn't work keep trying.
If it still doesn't work, get a new installer.
