requesting user information too long, i can't logon, help!!!

Hi! I've downloaded silkroad, install, and i've tried to log in a server... I couldn't!
when i enter my ID and psw, i keep pressing the enter.
All servers are crowded, so i have to wait...
Then, suddenly, the line in the bottom of my monitor: "Requesting user information" showing up for not a 0,5 sec
(so not for a sec and then "the server is full please try again later")...
it's showing up for at least 6-7 seconds... then disconnect me from the server.
Always. I've shutted down ZoneAlarm, AVG, or just the basic Windows Firewall, or siply i was tried with no firewall and antivirus.... the requesting user information message still showing up for 8-9 sec ONCE then disconnect....
! and i didn't see the image verification window not for a single time, never !
please help!!

New Log in System, Image verification code is removed.
Makes Log in to this:
Start -> Write IP and PW -> Press enetr every 4-6 secs till disconnect or get in (Rare)
I haven't got prem by myself but it would make things easier, if you're not SP farming get Cheapest Prem for Logining in...150 Silk if I remeber right.
or Log in after Inspections (Every Tuesday), or then after when server restarts (Happens sometims).

the "new" login system only dcs you when you fail to get an OPEN spot not when there are no open spots in the server

but i think i got a problem which heavier to solve!!
here's the system details i currently use due to unfortunately things:
[b]Celeron CPU 2.26 Ghz
Memory: 504 mb ram
videocard: Intel (R) 82865G Graphics controller
Memory: 96 mb (rockin'!!
)
Direct 3D works of course[b]
SRO requesting user information at login for a 6-7 sec then disconnect me. I know, when SRO was let me in before, it didn't requested user information for long. Exactly it requested for a sec. And the screen was fade in to black, i was in. Now the screen didn't fade in with black color, never.I once got a msg: "Failed to connect server (c9)"
What could be wrong? The fading in at the login screen, is it related to the videocard or to something else?? Pls help!!!

My connection works fine. Although, it is strange, windows firewall didn't show a pop-up window when i first executed Silkroad. Normally, the firewall used to warn me, when a program is trying to connect to the net, to allow it or not.
Now, how can I check my connection which is used by SRO? And how is it possible to SRO to use the connection, with normally work-i mean it's OK to SRO-until the logon-problem?
