well all i can suggest is to re-download and try to install again, and defragment your computer assuming you dont have that auto-done for you on a regular basis. Those are the only things i can really suggest.

download it from mmo site or something.

it is a torrent and i got a very nice download speed for it. when i used it i reached my cap for most of the time.

I'm sure he would of said something by now not trying to be mean but its comment sense. anyways yes it does work. plus you could look at what i said once again not being mean but you could always try it out.
