I've played silkroad 2 years ago and decide to stop and i recently wanted to play again and purchase some silk but when i attempt to log in into the site i get redirected to an error page basically. my user and pass is correct because i can access the game just fine. Has anyone else experience this issue I've searched the official forum but the mods wont reply back. Anyone please help. Thank you!

its just a joymax fail they will probably fix it eventualy

What was the error message it gave you? What browser were you using? Internet Explorer? Firefox? More information would help diagnose the problem better. Depending on the error, and if you're using Firefox, it may be as simple as adding the User Agent Switcher add-on and setting it to "IE7/Vista" in the settings.

So it might not be a Joymax fail after all.

I had that exact issue. It happens with anyone who has an account made before 2008 and hasn't played or logged in for a while. I wrote in to Joymax explaining how they can fix their redirecting error by reconfirming all the older accounts, and sure enough they did it and it worked. Everyone can get into the site now.

I've never heard of that.

OR... it could just be that he's attempting to access joymax.com with a browser other than Internet Explorer, and doesn't have his User Agent switched to "pretend" he's using IE. Joymax.com will display an error in this case. Simple fix: change your User Agent.

That's a very good observation, but unfortunately the redirecting error happened with every browser I tried. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera. I'm just glad they fixed it so I can go back to complaining to them through the customer support, lol.
