After looking at the sticky about common errors, I updated my

graphic card, but I still get the error, or my game freezes at the

region select screen. This is for TSRO also.

Here is all my computer information:

Display Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz

System: Microsoft XP Home Edition Version 2002 Serveice Pack 3

1 GB RAM

Edit: Ok, I got passed the region select screen without the ??? Error, I rolled back my display adapter, I however got the ??? Error during the character customization specifically when I changed the clothing/armor.

try lowering the resolution and the graphics quality and see if that helps.

Ok, I tried lower the resolution and lowering graphics quality, but it

crashes at the character customization screen, most games have been

giving me crashing issues ever since I updated the card, so maybe the

errors on the others games might be similiar to SRO's crashing and ???

Error.

Edit: Ok, I have made it in game, but I will still get the ??? Error at

random times, this is a pretty random error.

reinstall the game

Ok, I reinstalled should I put in the English Media Pack in, or

should I play the game without the pack? Because I have no clue what is

causing this error, because I played the ISRO about a year ago and never

encountered this error ever.

Edit: Ok, the error happens even without the English Media Pack.
