C++ error I NEED HELP!!!!

Yeah i am new at silkroad and i cant download the game because of the c++ thing. i have heard that i need to download something else but i dont know where i can download it or what it is or what i am supose to do with it once i download it. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
