hey well i got a question, i have this comp and its quite old its specs are
64mb of onboard graphics
3ghz of cpu
248mb of ram
operating system is xp


well more of my question is if i add 1gb of ram will silkroad work? low settings no shadow etc. Will it be laggy?

sro runs very bad if you have an onboard video card for some reason. My onboard video card supports directx 10 and it still runs sro at 10fps

i doubt it, or if it did, very badly.

Well it was working with these specs but EXTREMELY slow and comp closed at login screen. So i assumed it would work normally or laggy with a gig of ram. Or should i drop the thought of buying the ram?

you deff need the ram, and a graphics card wouldn't hurt, like dis said on boards dont work so well i guess.

alright, thanks ille proly half to get a real low end one as this comp supports like nothing.

First ille try w/o gfx than see how it works if its alright than ille drop buying a gfx if not than proly yeah. Cause i might just buy a new comp.

by looking at what you need a new comp altogether would probably be best.

I think enough with xp is running slow lol
